Gentle De-Tox Plan

This plan has been created especially for you. Based on my own passion to eat more clean, fresh organic fruits and vegetables I have put together a 2 or 3 Day Gentle De-Tox to help guide you on a journey towards better health and a more meaningful relationship with food.

I consider myself a healthy eater, but in today's world there are so many different opinions on what to eat, when to eat and how to combine foods it makes my head spin!

This Gentle De-Tox is based on my own personal knowledge, experience, investigation and trial and error. I guide many of my clients through the do's and don'ts of healthier nutrition and I never encourage dieting.

What is a de-tox?  A period when you stop taking unhealthy or harmful foods, drinks or drugs into your body for a portion of time in order to improve health.

Our mission is:


Keep it Clean!

  • Eat Only Whole Foods: No foods that come in a box, nothing processed, nothing with a bar-code! 
  • Eat Only Organic
  • Eliminate dairy, added sugar, animal protein, alcohol, caffeine (if possible.)
  • Drink plenty of water with lemon/citrus oils and herbal teas.
  • Increase awareness of more mindful, healthy eating.

Prepare to nourish and pamper your body with fresh vitamin and mineral packed foods. Boost your energy, lose weight, and infuse your skin with healthy anti-oxidents. Your body, both inside and out, will thank you.

*Juicing will be a major component and it's a great way to lose weight naturally. You will also have multiple solid food options so you never feel like you're starving!
*If you absolutely cannot juice (you don't have a juicer, etc.) You can either purchase fresh juice from a health food store or substitute with eating fresh vegetables, fruit or one of the other options for that meal.

Tips:


  • Get your shopping list together and stock up with items you'll need based on how many days you intend to de-tox.
  • Prepare anything you can in advance: Soups, quinoa, herbal teas, cleaning produce, etc.
  • Keep a little journal as to what you eat and how you feel

Juicer
There are many on the market and you don't need a huge, fancy expensive one to get the job done. I have a Hamilton-Beach juicer and it works great! You can find juicers at any health food store, appliance store, or places like Target, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Walmart, etc.
